Pajson Agro India Enhances Credit Facility by ₹27.5 Cr

Pajson Agro India Limited has secured an enhancement in its credit facilities from Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. The total enhancement amounts to ₹27.50 crore, comprising ₹7.50 crore for Working Capital Demand loan/Letter of credit and ₹20.00 crore for a Term loan. The sanction letter was dated March 31, 2026. The security provided for these facilities includes a first and exclusive charge on all existing and future current assets, as well as all existing and future movable fixed assets, plant, and machinery of the borrower. This move is expected to support the company's working capital needs and long-term financing requirements.
