Palash Securities Appoints Singhi & Co. as Statutory Auditors for 5 Years

Palash Securities Ltd announced the approval of M/s Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants, as its new Statutory Auditors during the 12th Annual General Meeting held on August 5, 2026. The appointment is for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from the conclusion of the 12th AGM until the conclusion of the 17th AGM. Singhi & Co., established in 1940, is a prominent Indian CA firm with over 600 professionals and serves more than 150 listed companies. This appointment follows recommendations from the Audit Committee and the Board of Directors.
