Palco Metals NCLT Order for Scheme of Arrangement

Palco Metals Limited has received an order from the Hon'ble NCLT, Ahmedabad Bench, allowing the First Motion Application concerning a Scheme of Arrangement between Palco Metals Limited (Transferee Company) and Palco Recycle Industries Limited (Transferor Company). The NCLT has directed the convening of meetings for equity shareholders of Palco Metals and secured/unsecured creditors of both companies within 45 days. The scheme is subject to approvals from shareholders, creditors, and further sanction by the NCLT and other regulatory bodies. This development follows earlier intimations dated May 30, 2025, and June 30, 2025.
