Pan India Corp schedules 42nd AGM, appoints new auditors

Pan India Corporation Ltd has announced the 42nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on September 27, 2026, via Video Conferencing. The company also approved the appointment of M/S P R P A & COMPANY LLP as Statutory Auditors to fill a casual vacancy. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 21 to September 27, 2026, for the AGM. E-voting will be open from September 24 to September 26, 2026. The Board also approved the draft Director's Report for FY 2025-26 and the Notice and Agenda for the AGM.
