Panacea Biotec Files Appeal Against 4th Award

Panacea Biotec Ltd has filed an appeal on July 16, 2026, before the Hon'ble High Court of Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh, against the remaining fourth award from the Industrial Tribunal, S.A.S Nagar, Mohali. This follows earlier appeals against three other awards. The company had previously informed about its intention to appeal the fourth award. The High Court has already heard the initial three appeals and issued an interim order preventing coercive steps against the company. The awards relate to issues such as setting aside transfer of workmen, wage revision, and reinstatement with back wages. Panacea Biotec believes the awards are challengeable and does not foresee any material adverse financial or operational impact.
