Panabyte Technologies Limited Receives Contract from 75F Smart Innovations India Private Limited for Installation and Optimization of IOT Based Systems with Energy Monitoring

Panabyte Technologies Limited, previously known as Panache Innovations Limited, has announceed that they have received a contract from 75F Smart Innovations India Private Limited, a subsidiary of an international company, to carry out Installation work and Services of IOT Based Systems with Energy Monitoring to control and optimize any existing HVAC equipment and Systems. The contract is domestic in nature and the broad consideration size is approximately Rupees 3,50,00,000/- (Approximately Three Crores and Fifty Lakhs only), as per the requirements of Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
