Panabyte Technologies Limited has informed the Exchange about Statement of Deviation/Variation under Regulation 32 of the SEBI (LODR) Reg., 2015 for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. The company confirmed that there is no deviation or variation in the utilization of Preferential Issue proceeds for the quarter. The company raised INR 1,76,86,000/- through the Preferential Issue of convertible warrants on April 20, 2024. Out of which, 11,95,000 warrants were converted into Equity Shares on October 18, 2025.
