Panabyte Technologies Ltd Executes Agreement for Land Purchase Worth INR 4.90 Crore

Panabyte Technologies Limited has executed an agreement on 17th February 2026 for the purchase of land admeasuring 3,309 Square Meters from M/s. Shubham Spaces. The total contract value is INR 4.90,60,500. The land is situated at Village Kalwar, Taluka Bhiwandi, District Thane. The payment schedule includes an advance payment of 30% (INR 1,47,18,150) and a balance payment of 70% (INR 3,43,42,350) within a maximum period of 24 months from the date of execution of the agreement.
