Panabyte Technologies to Purchase Land for Data Center/Manufacturing Facility Expansion

Panabyte Technologies Limited's Board of Directors approved the proposal for purchasing land admeasuring 3,309 square meters from M/s. Shubham Spaces, a sole proprietorship concern. The land is situated at Village Kalwar, Taluka Bhiwandi, District Thane. The total contract value is INR 4,90,60,500, with an advance payment of INR 1,47,18,150 and a balance payment of INR 3,43,42,350 to be made within two years from the agreement date. The purpose of the agreement is to expand the business by developing and constructing a data center or manufacturing facility.
