Panasonic Energy India to Shift Registered Office to Madhya Pradesh

Panasonic Energy India Company Ltd announced that its members have approved the proposal to shift the company's registered office from Gujarat to Madhya Pradesh. This move is driven by operational requirements, as the company's manufacturing and business operations have been based in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh since 2022. The shift aims to enhance administrative and operational efficiency by aligning the registered office with the principal place of operations. The alteration of Clause II of the Memorandum of Association is subject to necessary statutory and regulatory approvals. The existing registered office is in Vadodara, Gujarat, and the proposed new office is in Pithampur, District Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.
