Panchmahal Steel Sets Sept 18 as E-voting Cut-off for 53rd AGM

Panchmahal Steel Ltd has announced Friday, September 18, 2026, as the cut-off date to determine shareholder eligibility for e-voting for its 53rd Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM is scheduled for Friday, September 25, 2026. Shareholders will be able to cast their votes electronically through remote e-voting and during the AGM. Remote e-voting will commence on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. and conclude on Thursday, September 24, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. The company will utilize CDSL's e-voting services.
