Panchsheel Organics Ltd to hold 37th AGM on Sep 30, 2026

Panchsheel Organics Ltd has announced its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 3:00 PM IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will cover ordinary business including the adoption of audited financial statements for FY26, declaration of a final dividend of ₹0.80 per share (8%), re-appointment of Mr. Rajesh Abhaychand Turakhia as a director, and appointment of M/s. Harshal Doshi And Associates as Statutory Auditors for five years. Special businesses include the regularization of Mrs. Chandan Mahendra Turakhia as an Additional Non-Executive Director and approval of material related party transactions. The company will provide e-voting facilities through NSDL. The Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2026, inclusive.
