Panchsheel Organics Ltd to hold 37th AGM on Sep 30, 2026

Panchsheel Organics Limited has announced its 37th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 30, 2026, via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). The meeting will cover ordinary business including the adoption of audited financial statements for FY 2025-26, declaration of a final dividend of Rs. 0.80 per share, re-appointment of a director retiring by rotation, and appointment of statutory auditors for five years. Special business includes the regularization of an additional director and approval of material related party transactions. The register of members and share transfer books will be closed from September 24 to September 30, 2026, with a cut-off date of September 23, 2026, for determining voting rights.
