Pankaj Polymers Ltd has announced the reclassification of several promoters and promoter group entities to the public category, following the completion of an open offer. This change is in accordance with Regulation 31A(10) of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, and the provisions of the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011. The erstwhile promoters, including individuals like Mr. Pankaj Goel and entities like Pankaj Capfin Private Limited, no longer hold shares or exercise control over the company, meeting the criteria for reclassification.
