Panorama Studios International Ltd announced at its Board Meeting on 21st March, 2026, the approval to incorporate a Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS) in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The new subsidiary will focus on the acquisition, development, adaptation, dubbing, remake, licensing, and commercialization of Indian blockbuster movies and cinematographic content in languages other than Indian and English, including Spanish, Korean, and Mandarin. The global distribution and commercialization will be through theatrical and non-theatrical modes, including OTT platforms, satellite broadcasting, digital streaming, and other distribution channels worldwide. The subsidiary will also act as the international content development and global distribution arm of the Company.
