Panorama Studios Subsidiary Secures Airborne Rights for Film 'Yaarigu Helbedi'

Panorama Studios Inflight LLP, a subsidiary of Panorama Studios International Limited, has entered into an exclusive agreement with Sunil Productions. This deal grants the subsidiary the worldwide airborne rights, including India, for the cinematographic film titled 'Yaarigu Helbedi (2025)'. The film stars Chetan, Appanna, Ashwini, P Chathira, and others, and is directed by Shivaganesh. This agreement is made pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
