Panth Infinity Appoints Malabhai Rabari as Independent Director

Panth Infinity Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Malabhai Punjabhai Rabari as a Non-Executive Independent Director (Additional) to its Board of Directors. The appointment was approved during a Board Meeting held on August 03, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Rabari, a Commerce graduate, brings business acumen and commitment to corporate governance. His tenure is for five consecutive years, subject to shareholder approval.
