Paradeep Parivahan Ltd, in a recent Board Meeting held on March 20, 2026, approved the appointment of Mr. Suryasnata Rath as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel of the company. Mr. Rath, with a strong background in accounting, finance, and regulatory compliance, has been associated with the Company as Manager – Finance & Accounts and has been re-designated as the CFO with effect from March 20, 2026. He holds a B.Com (Honours) from Utkal University and has cleared Group I of IPCC (CA Intermediate).
