Paradeep Parivahan Ltd: Director Appointment Regularised at AGM

Paradeep Parivahan Ltd announced that at its 26th Annual General Meeting held on August 26, 2026, shareholders approved the regularisation of Mr. Abdul Basith Shaikh's appointment as an Executive Director. He holds a B.Tech from NIT Karnataka and an MBA from NMIMS Mumbai, with over a decade of experience in the steel and conglomerate sectors. Notably, Mr. Shaikh is related to the Managing Director & CEO, Mr. Khalid Khan.
