Paradeep Phosphates' Promoter Zuari Maroc Phosphates Private Limited Enters into Inter-se Agreement with Shareholders

Paradeep Phosphates Ltd. has disclosed an agreement entered into by its promoter, Zuari Maroc Phosphates Private Limited, with its shareholders. The agreement, which the Company is not a party to, was executed on July 29, 2025. The purpose of the agreement is to ensure Zuari Maroc Phosphates Private Limited continues to hold more than 50% of the share capital of the Company post the effectiveness of the Scheme. The agreement also records the understanding of the parties with respect to future acquisitions of securities or voting rights of the Company.
