Paramount Communications Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 14, 2026, to consider and approve the un-audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also confirmed that the trading window, which was closed from July 1, 2026, in accordance with its insider trading code and SEBI regulations, will remain closed until August 16, 2026, inclusive.
