Paramount Cosmetics India Ltd held its 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on September 30, 2026, through Video Conferencing. The meeting focused on approving the Audited Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2026, and re-appointing a director. Shareholders overwhelmingly voted in favor of all resolutions, including the adoption of financial statements and the re-appointment of Mrs. Aartii Topiwaala. A material related party transaction with Paramount Kum Kum Private Limited was also considered and approved.
