Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd. has considered and approved the acquisition of 49% equity share capital of Himanshi Thermal Solutions Private Limited from DefSpace Technologies Private Limited. The acquisition aligns with the Company's strategic objective of expansion and is expected to create new growth avenues and business opportunities for both organizations. Himanshi Thermal, incorporated in 2022, specializes in the manufacturing of liquid cold plates for space and airborne applications and provides vacuum heat treatment services. The acquisition is structured to offer mutual benefits and Himanshi Thermal shall become an Associate Company of PARAS, as per the provisions of Companies Act, 2013.
