Paras Defence Declares Q1 FY27 Unaudited Financial Results

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd announced its unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors also approved the notice for the 17th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 11, 2026, and the Board of Directors' Report for FY26. Additionally, the company fixed August 28, 2026, as the record date for a proposed final dividend of ₹1 per equity share (20%), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
