Paras Defence Divests 47.5% Stake in Associate Krasny Paras

Paras Defence and Space Technologies Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the divestment of its entire 47.50% equity stake in its associate company, Krasny Paras Defence Technologies Private Limited. The divestment includes 5,22,500 equity shares. Following the transaction, Krasny Paras will no longer be an associate of Paras Defence. The associate contributed Rs. 0.59 Crore to the consolidated turnover in FY 25-26, representing 0.12%, and had a net worth of Rs. 0.63 Crore as of March 31, 2026. The agreement for sale is yet to be entered into, with the transaction expected to be completed by December 31, 2026. The consideration is subject to due diligence and has not been finalized. The buyer is Krasny Defence Technologies Limited, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
