Paras Petrofils Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons

Paras Petrofils Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Designated Persons and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct. The trading window has been closed from January 01, 2026 till the expiry of 48 hours from the conclusion of the Board meeting for approval of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31* December, 2025.
