Park Medi World Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary

Park Medi World Ltd has announced the incorporation of its wholly owned subsidiary, Park Medicity Prayagraj Limited, on September 08, 2026. This new entity will focus on the healthcare sector, specifically for the development and operation of a 550-bed multi-super-speciality hospital in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. The project is being undertaken under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model with the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation. The initial investment for this subsidiary is Rs. 0.15 crore, comprising 1,50,000 equity shares. The company has acquired 100% shareholding in the newly incorporated entity.
