Park Medi World Incorporates Wholly Owned Subsidiary for Prayagraj Hospital

Park Medi World Limited has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary, tentatively named 'Park Medicity Prayagraj Limited' or 'Park Hospital Prayagraj Limited', to develop and operate a 550-bed multi-super-speciality hospital in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh. This initiative is part of a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model awarded by the Prayagraj Municipal Corporation. The subsidiary will be established with an initial investment of INR 0.15 crore, comprising 1,50,000 equity shares. The company will hold 100% shareholding in this new entity, which will operate within the healthcare services sector.
