Park Medi World to Develop 550-Bed Hospital in Prayagraj

Park Medi World Ltd has secured a mandate from Prayagraj Municipal Corporation, Uttar Pradesh, to develop and operate a 550-bed multi-super-speciality hospital under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model. The project involves an investment of approximately INR 200 crore, with INR 76.52 crore being reimbursed by the State Government. The hospital will be constructed over two years from the appointed date and operated under a long-term lease of 45 years. This expansion aims to cater to the growing healthcare needs of the Prayagraj region and reinforces Park Group's presence in Uttar Pradesh, a state identified as underserved in healthcare infrastructure.
