Parmeshwari Silk Mills Ltd has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting will also take note of various compliances, including the undertaking of non-applicability of Regulation 32 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, for the quarter ended December 31, 2025.
