Parnax Lab Ltd Board Meeting on Nov 12 to Approve Q2 Unaudited Results

Parnax Lab Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on November 12, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the second quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also address the limited review report as per IND-AS compliance. The trading window for company shares will remain closed until 48 hours after the declaration of these financial results, in compliance with SEBI's Prohibition of Insider Trading Regulations.
