
Craftroot Retail EGM to approve ₹20 Cr capital hike, ₹22 Cr warrant issue
Craftroot Retail Limited has announced an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to be held on Thursday, November 05, 2026, at 12:00 P.M. (IST) via Video Conferencing. The EGM will consider and approve two special businesses. Firstly, an increase in the Authorized Share Capital of the Company from the current ₹3,50,00,000/- (₹3.5 Crore) to ₹23,50,00,000/- (₹23.5 Crore), along with a consequent amendment to the Memorandum of Association. Secondly, the EGM will seek approval for the preferential issue of up to 2,00,00,000 (Two Crore) Convertible Equity Warrants to Promoters and Non-Promoters (Public Category) for a cash consideration of ₹11/- per warrant (including a premium of ₹1/-), aggregating up to ₹22,00,00,000/- (₹22 Crore).
