Dakshesh Shah Increases Craftroot Retail Stake to 10.11%

Dakshesh Rameshchandra Shah has disclosed an increase in his shareholding in Craftroot Retail Limited (formerly Nirbhay Colours India Limited) to 10.11%. This acquisition follows a Share Purchase Agreement executed on December 15, 2025, and an open offer dated February 07, 2026. Prior to this transaction, Shah held 4.29% of the company's voting capital. The acquisition was completed on June 25, 2026, making him a Promoter of the company. The total equity share capital of Craftroot Retail Limited remains unchanged at ₹3,35,00,000.
