Sheetal Shah Acquires 5.53% Stake in Craftroot Retail via Open Offer

Sheetal Shah has acquired 1,85,314 equity shares, representing 5.53% of the total share capital, in Craftroot Retail Limited (formerly Nirbhay Colours India Limited). This acquisition was made pursuant to a Share Purchase Agreement dated December 15, 2025, and an open offer dated February 07, 2026. Following the completion of the open offer, Sheetal Shah became a Promoter of the company. The total equity share capital of Craftroot Retail Limited remains at ₹3,35,00,000/- (33,50,000 Equity Shares of ₹10/- each). This disclosure is made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
