Wealth Mine Networks to Acquire 42.38% Stake in Nirbhay Colours India Ltd for INR 14,19,700

Wealth Mine Networks Ltd, on behalf of Acquirers, has submitted a Draft Letter of Offer to the equity shareholders of Nirbhay Colours India Ltd. The Open Offer is made to acquire up to 14,19,700 Equity Shares, representing 42.38% of the fully diluted capital, at a price of INR 10 per share. The Offer is not conditional upon any minimum level of acceptance and is not a competing offer. The Offer opens on 03rd February, 2026 and closes on 16th February, 2026.
