Parvati Sweetners Board Approves Q1 FY27 Unaudited Results

Parvati Sweetners and Power Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 12, 2026, to approve the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 (Q1 FY27). The Board also approved the Board's Report for FY2025-26 and finalized the Annual General Meeting (AGM) details, including the book closure, cut-off date, remote e-voting period, and appointment of a scrutinizer. The AGM is scheduled for September 29, 2026, via Video Conferencing. Additionally, the reappointment of internal and cost auditors for FY2026-27 was approved, along with the re-appointment of Smt. Poonam Chouksey as Chairman and Managing Director for a further three-year period, subject to shareholder approval.
