Parvati Sweetners Board Meeting on Aug 12 to Approve Q1 FY27 Results

Parvati Sweetners and Power Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on August 12, 2026, to consider and approve the standalone un-audited quarterly financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The meeting will also review the Limited Review Report from the auditors, approve the Board's Report for FY 2025-26, and decide on matters related to the upcoming 15th Annual General Meeting, including book closure and the appointment of a scrutinizer for e-voting. Additionally, the re-appointment of Smt. Poonam Chouksey as Chairman and Managing Director for a further three-year period is on the agenda. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are declared.
