Pasari Spinning Mills reconstitutes Audit, NRC, SRC committees

Pasari Spinning Mills Ltd has announced the reconstitution of its Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee (NRC), and Stakeholders Relationship Committee (SRC). This change follows the resignation of Ms. Sheela Arvind as an Independent Director and the appointment of Ms. Bhavna Agrawal as an Additional Director in the same capacity. The reconstitution, effective from October 30, 2026, sees Ms. Bhavna Agrawal appointed as Chairperson of all three committees, with Mr. Byadarahally Lakshmaiah Pundareeka and Mrs. Poonam Gupta serving as members.
