Pasupati Acrylon Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons, promoters, directors, KMPs, insiders, and their immediate relatives. The closure will be in effect from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 until the end of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026. The date of the board meeting for consideration of the company's financial results for the quarter and year ending 31st March, 2026 will be intimated separately. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons.
