She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance. Her professional background includes hands-on experience in corporate secretarial functions, such as ROC filings and other regulatory compliances. The company confirmed that Ms. Sehrawat is not related to any director and does not hold any shares in the company. This appointment aligns with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
