Pasupati Fincap Ltd Appoints Mrs. Rakhi Sharma as Independent Director and Proposes Scheme of Arrangement

Pasupati Fincap Ltd has appointed Mrs. Rakhi Sharma as a Non-Executive and Independent Director, effective from 26th March 2026. The company also proposed a Scheme of Arrangement for Reduction of Share Capital due to accumulated business losses, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals. The company has also changed its name to Harmanshi Appliances Co. Limited, subject to approval. The Extra-Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) is scheduled for 24th April 2026.
