Pasupati Spinning & Weaving Mills Ltd appointed Mr. Satnam Singh Saggu as cost auditor and M/s Suresh Kumar Mittal & Company as internal auditor for the financial year 2026-27, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation. The board also approved the standalone audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026, and related party transactions for the quarter ended 31.03.2026. The auditor's report included a qualified opinion due to an additional compensation claim of ₹614.64 Lacs regarding factory land acquisition, which the company will account for upon receipt.
