
Patanjali Organic Wild Honey Batch Declared Safe After Review, Prohibition Order Revoked
Patanjali Foods Ltd. announced that the prohibition order on the sale of a specific batch of Patanjali Organic Wild Honey has been revoked by the Office of Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh. The order was initially passed by the Office of the Assistant Commissioner/Designated Officer, Food Safety, Drugs & Food Control Organization, Kargil, UT Ladakh, under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The prohibition was subject to review based on the opinion of the appellate laboratory (Referral Laboratory). Upon receipt of the Referral Laboratory test report, it was confirmed that the Patanjali Organic Wild Honey batch complies with Food Safety and Standards (Contaminants, Toxins and Residues) Regulations, 2011 and is safe for consumption. The prohibition order was therefore revoked with immediate effect.
