Patdiam Jewellery Ltd. Announces 26th AGM, Appoints Directors, and Secretarial Auditor

Patdiam Jewellery Ltd. has announced its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 30th September 2025. The company will consider and adopt the Audited Financial Statements for the Financial Year ended 31st March 2025. The AGM will also consider the appointment of a Director in place of Mr. Pravin Kakdia, who retires by rotation and offers himself for re-appointment. The company will also seek approval for entering into Related Party Transactions. Furthermore, Patdiam Jewellery Ltd. has appointed Mr. Maheshbhai Muljibhai Maniya and Mr. Anuj Manubhai Gabani as Independent Directors for a term of five consecutive years. The company has also appointed M/s. SKJ & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a term of five consecutive years from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.
