Patdiam Jewellery Ltd Appoints Mr. Maheshbhai Muljibhai Maniya and Mr. Anuj Manubhai Gabani as Independent Directors

Patdiam Jewellery Ltd has announced the appointment of two new Independent Directors, Mr. Maheshbhai Muljibhai Maniya and Mr. Anuj Manubhai Gabani, at the 26th Annual General Meeting held on 30th September 2025. Mr. Maheshbhai Muljibhai Maniya, born on 16th November 1976, holds a B.E and MBA (Finance) degree with 14+ years of experience in Industry, specializing in Extensive Leadership, Business Administration, and Strategy. Mr. Anuj Manubhai Gabani, born on 9th May 1994, holds a B.E degree with a wide knowledge and skills in Finance, Corporate affairs, Trade, Commerce, and International trade. Both directors have no relationship with other directors, manager, or key managerial personnel of the company and hold no directorships in other companies.
