Patdiam Jewellery Ltd. Recommends Appointment of Two New Independent Directors

Patdiam Jewellery Ltd. has fixed a record date of 29/08/2025 for determining the entitlement of shareholders to get the Annual Report and to close the Register of Members and Share transfer Books of the company. The Board of Directors recommended the appointment of Mr. Maheshbhai MuljibhaiManiya and Mr. Anuj ManubhaiGabani as Independent Directors, subject to the approval of the members at the ensuing General Meeting. The Board also approved the convening of the 26th Annual General Meeting on Tuesday, 30th September, 2025. The Register of Members & Share Transfer Books will be closed from 23rd September, 2025 to 30th September, 2025 for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting.
