Patdiam Jewellery Ltd to Approve Half-Yearly and Yearly Unaudited Financial Results on 14th November 2025

Patdiam Jewellery Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 14th November 2025 to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the half-year and year ended on 30th September 2025. The meeting will also address any other matter with the permission of the Chairman. In compliance with SEBI regulations and the Code of Conduct for prevention of Insider Trading, the 'Trading Window' for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for 48 hours after the announcement of the Financial Results to the public.
