Ryan Rupen Patel, a member of the promoter group of Patel Engineering Ltd., acquired 40,800 equity shares of the company. This acquisition occurred through the transmission of shares previously held by Mr. Pravin Patel, a relative of the promoters, who passed away on July 1, 2025.
