Patel Integrated Logistics Appoints Krishna Mohan Shukla as CFO

Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd has announced the appointment of Mr. Krishna Mohan Shukla as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company, effective November 02, 2026. Mr. Shukla is a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, financial reporting, internal audit, corporate governance, and business finance. He has extensive experience in the construction, infrastructure, logistics, transportation, toll operation, and government sectors. Previously, he served as General Manager – Finance & Accounts at Patel Integrated Logistics Limited, where he managed various finance functions, including taxation, financial reporting, and internal controls.
