Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd Appoints Mr. Mahesh Fogla as Whole-Time Director and CFO for Three Years

Patel Integrated Logistics Ltd has appointed Mr. Mahesh Fogla as a Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for a term of three years. Mr. Fogla, a qualified Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant, has over 25 years of experience in finance, accounts, legal, taxation, and strategic financial planning. He has been re-designated as the Whole-Time Director and CFO at the board meeting held on February 12, 2026, and his term will commence from the same date till February 11, 2029. Mr. Fogla is a person of integrity and possesses relevant expertise and experience. He fulfills the conditions specified in the Act and the Securities and Exchange Board of India for re-designation as Whole-Time Director and CFO.
